Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days once payment has been confirmed. If the book is out of stock, it may take 5-7 working days before it is dispatched.

Delivery:
We currently deliver within South Africa. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that we make use of Courier Partners, therefore delivery delays (due to Courier services) do not qualify for a refund or return. Please note there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges:
As THE GIFT STORY is a printed book, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
